Japan Frozen Foods Inspection Corporation（JFFIC）has been an expert in inspecting and analyzing foods since its establishment in 1949. JFFIC is a public service corporation and designated by the Japanese government (Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery and Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare) to keep safety and quality of foods.
